Product Description

We offer Modular Cooling Towers with multi-blades that are made up of cast aluminum adjustable pitch fan with Hub. The Motor fitted is attached with the system that is special low RPM, TEFC, IP - 55 construction and is very suitable for hot and humid atmosphere. The structural components and other light section of the tower are machined with HDG steel and all joints are bonded with GI bolts and SS nails. The cladding of profile corrugated asbestos cement sheet, the joints of which are lapped to shed water only inside the cooling tower. The treated wooden fills are supported on FRP grids which assure positive and permanent positioning.

Technical Function of Modular Cooling Towers:

• Hot water from source is pumped up to the top of the cooling tower.
  
• On top of the FRP Basin is flowed and water moves through target nozzles & flows through the treated wooden plates.
  
• The fresh air is absorbed by the fan and motor from the side louvers of the cooling towers.
  
• The air movement absorbs heat from the water and the cooled water is collected in the RCC tank.
