How Dry Cooling Tower Works?
Working fluids and cooling air are separated by an air-cooled heat exchanger in a dry cooling tower. The working fluid and cooling air do not come in direct contact with each other, which means no water is lost in the system. When water resource is limited, it is best to select this type of cooling tower. Due to the fact that a dry cooling tower uses air cooling technology, there is no water evaporation, so no makeup water is required. Through thin tubes, hot water circulates from the condenser to the ambient air around it. The lower air temperature absorbs the heat from the water and cools it. Ventilators can improve air flow.
